Winter 2009/2010 was pretty cold and snowy in Moscow city. And we consumed lots of booze, mostly vodka. I was a stdent then and when spring came I had to make a final project for my printing class, and I decided that something alcohol-related would be fine. This work consists of five reprints of different vodka ads, performed in gum arabic printing. According to Russian liquor law every printed advertisement should have specific phrase inprinted at the bottom of the ad: Ministry of Health and Social Development warns: exessive use of alcohol harms your health.
During the final show four of five brands were actually presented as well as all drinking supplies.
